can't play youtube in google earth

heyy,

I am not able to play any youtube video in google earth, i have the adobe flash plugin Version 10.0.42.34ubuntu0.9.10.1

and youtube is working properly on firefox which is version 3.5.7 mozilla firefox for ubuntu canonical - 1.0

any ideas about the solution?

I wasn't aware you could play videos in google earth. I'll have to check that out when I get home.

edit- are you talking about Google Chrome?

I don't think this is an Ubuntu issue. If you really are talking about Google Earth then this is a Google problem due to the fact that I am pretty sure that Google Earth uses WebKit or some other web rendering engine to render the html and probably does not gracefully handle flash support. I don't know much about Google Earth, but I know that in windows it's possible to play flash videos that are attached to some pins as html. Good luck!
