I recently got a new laptop (see signature).
I was fiddling around with OSx, and accidentally fried it after installing some messed up drivers a few days ago. Since then, ive fixed it and im planning on dual booting with ubuntu.
While ruuning OSx, i became dependent/addicted :D on the software below. If anyone can provide some alternatives to them, that would be great.
Tweetie (for some reason, adobe air works terribly on x64 bit ubuntu, spaz and tweetdeck constantly silently crashes.....)
MacJournal (I use it both for personal journal keeping and updating my blog)
iListen
Ableton Suite (im, going to dual boot OSx, and ubuntu, so I dont really need this, but if I can get something similar running, that would be awesome)
XiliSoft HD video converter
Final Cut Pro
Split and Concat
Jade
LightZone
