How to unustall kubuntu-desktop

I installed kubuntu-desktop in Ubuntu 9.10 and now I have a lot of problems.
How can I uninstall it completly?

This is not enough:

sudo apt-get remove kubuntu-desktop

Go to:
Settings/ Synaptic Package Manager

Type in Kubuntu in the Quick search box.

Right click on all Kubuntu files and choose remove.

That easy.
