Hi. I recently Upgraded to ubuntu 9.10 which went smoothly except that now the update manager pops up and says there was a problem with the upgrade and offers me a partial upgrade. When i click partial upgrade i get the following errros

If an upgrade has gone wrong, I wouldn't bother fixing the errors (maybe not everyone will agree with me on this). Burning a 9.10 CD and doing a clean install is probably the fastest and safest solution.

Remember the backup!
