Dear all,

I am going to buy Giada N10 Full HD media PC with:
Processor: Intel® dual-core ATOM™ N330 1.6GHz
GPU: nVidia® Ion™, Support 1080P movie
Memory: 2GBDDR2 RAM
-> http://giada.cc/chanpinzhongxin/mini...30/1.html#ecms (http://giada.cc/chanpinzhongxin/minipc/slim%20series/2009-10-30/1.html#ecms)

Per the Salesman's info, If Win7 is used,
-> we can power-off Giada directly by pressing on the "power button",
-> and without doing any other power-off procedures,
-> so can this be the same if I choose to use Ubuntu?

Thanks for any kind of help!

That feature works on both my laptops, so I'd have to assume it will work on your proposed machine too.

Steve.

After installation see System > Preferences > Power Management. In the General tab you can set what should happen when you press power button, or sleep button, or close the lid of a laptop.
