Convert CD Images to .ISO?

Hi,

I want to create an app that converts from BIN 2 ISO but I do not know how?!

What can I do to convert them is there a Standards for these 2 type so I can convert them or is there a site for this information?

What I should read to do this conversion from BIN (Or any other type) to ISO.

The program called "bchunk" does this already. If you absolutely have to do it yourself, you may want to look into the source.
