Server 9.10 - install desktop???

Hi

I've installed 9.10 Server, how do I install a desktop on it. I have no network connection, the wireless isn't working for some reason.

I've downloaded "ubuntu-desktop_1.175_i386.deb", if i stick it on a usb stick, what command can i use to install the desktop from there stick?

I'm afraid that will not help you as that .deb file is just a met-package file which still depends on the download of all the gnome desktop applications, along with the other dependencies for ubuntu. If you can somehow download or get a copy of the Alternate Install CD, you can use that as a repository on CD to get your desktop.
