I was thinking about how much I changed this years. If I take a look I've used mainly desktop apps for the past years. However I'm currently changing some applications to web-based.

What type of desktop/web app are you guys using right know, and why? Do you guys have any complains with this apps? My major complain was that web-apps usually didn't work offline. That changed somehow with Google Gears.

My list:
- E-Mail: [Web] GMail (Changed from ThunderBird to Gmail)
- Twitter/Identi.ca: [??] Sometimes I use Echofon and sometimes I use Gwibber.
- RSS: [Desktop-Soon Web?] Liferea (But I'm looking forward to go to Google Reader)
- Docs: [Desktop] OO.org (GDocs/Zoho aren't there yet)

Currently I'm thinking to change Liferea to Google Reader any pro/cons?
