EDIT: i guess it is, theirs not much else it could be unless your talking about a company that deals with the Windows SMB/2 protocol....

depends on what type of systemadmin the description is for.
Database admins, Network Admins, Security Administrator .etc.etc.

Depends on what your employer is looking for. In my experience Small business sys admins are also the net admin, apps support, phone guy, helpdesk guy, Database guy, and sometimes even the budget guy. I'm further along in my career now, working for a very big company, and I still wear a lot of hats. If you want to be a sys admin for the long term of your career, you are going to need to be diverse, flexible, and able to adapt to, adopt, and push change where its needed or desired. Sometimes your company will lead the initiative, and sometimes you will have to lead it for your company. The more examples of that you can show in your resume, the better.
