I found this video:

and began to wonder if the feature seen at 0:52 is available or if it is possible to create.
Of course the video is a fake, however i couldn't find such (widget?) using google (although the problem was to find a proper description so that i get relevant results), and thought that here someone could provide an answer or advice on how to get something similar.
