ubuntu 9.10 installed as double boot with Wubi. I moved the upper panel to the bottom of the screen. Now neither it, nor the normal lower panel is accessible. If I hadn't installed Docky last week, I wouldn't be able to access anything.
How do I get both upper and lower panels back and functioning?
