Have a small usb bluetooth device plugged in to my desktop machine and bluetooth manager installed but it isn't working. Doesn't do anything, can't turn bluetooth on, doesn't seem to recognise it at all, unplug it, put it back in, nothing! I know the adapter works as it lights up and I used it in xp before I switched to 9.1. What am I missing?
