Hi,
I recently tried to install Ubuntu 9.04 on my laptop and was getting errors when running startx, something along the lines of "could not connect to server, errno 2. I had this problem once before with another distro, and I found that deleting xorg.conf file made everything work peachy. I tried that here, with no success. i tried running safe graphics mode as well, and got nothing. I'm not sure what exactly the problem is, but I'd guess it's either the default resolution for gfx install is not supported, or something to do with the fact I have two graphics cards SLI'd together. How would I go about fixing this problem?
