For a while now my update mgr icon has been displayed. I have 2 security updates: libthai0 and libthai-data. I have un-checked them in update mgr, yet the icon is still being displayed.
I went to synaptic to see what would happen if I removed or completely removed the thai stuff, it appears that a lot of apps will also be removed so I didn't do anything.
I will probably go ahead and check the updates to install but wanted to see if there was any feedback about them.
Also, under Recommended Updates, there is one called
language-pack-en. This one appeared today, but it will not let me check it so that it can be installed. Any ideas?
