View Full Version : Uses for an old computer?

I've got an old computer currently running Ubuntu.

It is currently running Apache, but I'm wondering what other uses I could put it to, its got a small HD, so using it for backups wouldn't work.

Anything else?

Ahhh a Small home Linux Server Just get It as a server. You can still serve siles on that also If you can get a smaller release of ubuntu Get 8.04.4 LTS Its supported till 2013!

Upgrade the drive or add more and make a media server/seed box for your home network.
