Hello everybody,
may you help me choosing my IDE please?
I'm an absolute beginner in Ubuntu, Linux and retaled stuff but I have a task about modifying a complex C program. It makes use of the GNU build system (autotools) and it's composed by many C files and headers spreaded in different subfolders.
Well, I need a way to quickly understand such a code, I need an IDE which can understand the project structure, helps me to understand it too and provides helpful features like links to variables/functions/macros definitions, code completion and all you can think about the topic. Oh... and it should be as simple as possible.
I read some threads in this forum, wikis and websites but I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the info I found. Maybe Anjuta is the right tool for my needs? NetBeans? What else?
Many, many, many thanks!!! O:)
