Nice Graphical Effects Not WOrking

Hi all!


I'm trying to setup my Nvidia Graphics card on my DELL Latitude D620 machine. After the clean install, it does not want to show my the nice interface options, I can only see the “basic” effects.


Please help, I'm very new with that OS!

You need to install the nvidia drivers either from the repos of the nvidia website. You then run nvidia-config.

Check Hardware Drivers from System > Administration and see if there's something you need to install.
