Since I live in Iran,we got problems accessing sites like Facebook.
Before I move to Ubuntu I was using Windiws XP and there was a lot of Anonymity softwares and so called anti-filters like Ultra surf and freegate.after using ubuntu my ONLY tool was TOR with firefox(foxy proxy add-on).it's VERY slow,is makes me mad,and I can't use it with chrome that I installed lately.
the question is:what software(s) I can find for the problem?
note that I cant transfer money to banks outside Iran(to rent VPN) and I need softwares.

I have some suggestions. You'll have to try them out to find out whether they suit you, as I don't use them. I believe that they all have free options, though of course the paid-for versions will give you significantly better service.

Xerobank (https://xerobank.com/)
ShadowVPN (http://shadowvpn.com/) (probably better for Linux)
Ninja Cloak (https://www.ninjacloak.com/)

It might help if you explain what kind of anonymity you want to accomplish, or what the tools you're looking to replace actually did. I doubt you're going to find a free proxy service that works faster than TOR. Bandwidth costs money. I know I've heard of paid SSH access which lets you tunnel your traffic through an SSH connection.

Google Chrome does support a proxy configuration, so you can use it with TOR or any other proxy service.
