I want to be able for a person to do ~/Desktop/myfile killyou and it does some commands. How can I do that?

First step: Explain your question in a better way. You cannot "do killyou" a file. "Some commands" is also very vague. It is also non-obvious why this post is on-topic, i.e., what it has to do with programming. Explain why you simply cannot do what you achieve to do manually.
