Have anyone created donation page (maybe for your site) using PayPal or something else similar to this?
I would like to have one where I can create my own theme, to go with that donation page.
For example like here:

I tried to find out if PayPal will allow to do this, however it is available only with Pro version of the account (have to pay for it).
