If I install from live usb, will I lose my customizations?i

I have been using Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.10 on a live usb. I wanted to know if I decide to install UNR now to my hard drive, is it considered a clean install? That is, will I lose all of my customizations?

no, it should install just like you have it on usb.
