Hello

I'm about to buy a TV-card, for receiving
- Analog TV
- Digital DVB-T TV + radio
- FM Radio

It should also have an S-video / composite input for capturing VHS-video's.

Price range: up to 90

Which one should I choose in order to get it work with Ubuntu?

I was first thinking of a Hauppage HVR 1100, but I saw a lot of threads with problems on that card. Can you advise me something better?

Hauppage didn't support Linux, I found. I'm in the market for one myself.

Point of Interest, I use an AverTV Digi Volar EX A815, HDTV Ready, it works straight out of the box using Jaunty, not sure about Karmic as I have other issues with that Dist.

Worth looking up.

I will check that card, jimmers.

I also found the specs of 'WinFast PxDVR3200 H' promising, but the support for that chipset under linux seems to be bad.

I checked some sites and it seems that following cards (which meet my requirements) are well supported:
- AverMedia AVerTV Hybrid+FM PCI
- Pinnacle PCTV Hybrid Pro PCI 310i
