Hi
I have Ubuntu 9 10 desktop edition
I have installed webmin. I have also installed OpenVPN.
I wish to provide VPN service but with bandwidth limitations.
e.g. Mr.A will be able to surf till he completes the limit of 5 GB.
I think in other words, I want to setup ISP system because this limitations facility is generally used by ISP.
How to do it ? :confused:
