View Full Version : [ubuntu] Installing CisGenome - makefile issues

Hello,

I need to install CisGenome (http://www.biostat.jhsph.edu/~hji/cisgenome/index_files/download.htm) from source but it appears there is something wrong with my makefile.

cd cisgenome_package
sudo make

makefile:3: *** missing separator. Stop.

I don't know what to do, I have been searching through manuals and forums for a week now. I am currently running Ubuntu 9.10 and have the build_essential package installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Still need help. I think there is something wrong with the makefile that comes with the software, but I don't know where to begin in fixing it...
