Envyng Error

Hello I am getting the following error(screen shot attached) when i type application-accessories-terminal follwo command envyng -t i get nvdia installation options than once i click option 1 to install the drivers i get error refer to screenshot please.

I am really new at this Linux never had to use dos commands but i am willing to try this and learn. Eventually give up windows up for good. I m i am using Ubuntu 9.10 and envyNG 2.0

I reinstalled ubuntu 9.10 all over. It seems when first time i installed i was missing few things so know the hardware drivers logo on the top right corner showed up click that installed the recommended drivers. Hope this helps others.
