package update fails...

I have ubuntu 9.04 installed in a dell optiplex 320 desktop. since there is grub problem with dell optiplex 320 machine i removed grub and installed grub-pc as my bootloader and ubuntu is working fine now. But the proble is whenever i do an update it is giving the following error

code:
