Hello,
I am tired of always answering a lot of question when installing Ubuntu. I am using LVM, while, the grub always corrupt, and could not be recovered with repairing action.:(
I used tring PXE, and preseeding, but their fault is that at least, they need a web server, But, sometimes, my mainboard, does not support PXE well, for example, some mainboard will always report to me "DHCP time out",etc.
So, what I want is a pure USB unattended solution:
Plug in USB, and after choosing to launch from USB at PC power, everything else would be done without attendance.
I noticed that, in VMWare 6 or latest 7 version, after choosing ISO, it will also generate and mount a floppy which will answer the installation question, so, I think that, there might also be a way of preparing such an unattended USB.
