Firefox not launch

I use Kubuntu. Install Firefox with `Mozilla Firefox Browser Installer`.
When I start Firefox, Firefox not launch. Only show in taskbar and nothing more.
Type in Terminal `user@ubuntu: firefox` - noting happens.
I new in Linux, and many things are not clear for me.

what does that mean?
open a terminal and type sudo apt-get install firefox

I type sudo apt-get install firefox - and show `firefox is already a newest version`
Here it seems that everything is fine but will not start.

Reinstall the package named 'firefox' from synaptic package manager.

have you tried restarting the computer?

Reinstall - nothing / Restart - nothing

After kubuntu update I could install - everything is OK
