Dell, HP, IBM? If so, what models are compatible? The only thing I can find is new stuff but what older stuff is compatible?..like 4 years and older? Reason I ask is I had it running on an HP DL360G2 but the fans stayed on high all the time and drove me nuts. When I put windows on it, the fans would go back to low speed. Thanks.
