I realize a lot of you probably know this but this is for people like me.

I was looking around for more cowbell and I noticed that the videos were disappearing from the net. I wanted to save a copy so I could have more cowbell, but I really didn't know how to save it. When right clicking didn't work I did a search and was amazed at how easy it is. I decided I would share and for those that are interested there is a cowbell link below.

To save flash goto your flash website and open your file manager. Navigate to root/temp and rename your flash, copy and save to your videos. Now you can have more cowbell.

I use Video DownloadHelper in conjunction with ffmpeg.

I just grab the file out of the /tmp folder, and only for stuff which I believe I have the right to do it (such as http://ocw.mit.edu ),
Speaking of which, what is 'cowbell' anyway?

Everything needs more cowbell.

I had no idea that flash needs saving, really. I think it's doing just fine on its own.
