I asked this on the kaffeine forum , but they don't seem to be active .
I switched from gnome to kde , and intend to record a few shows with kaffeine .I am in US so I have ATSC with haupauge hvr1600 tuner
Two problems :
1. Major problem is that I have scanned , and made channel list , within kaffeine , I can watch and record tv , but nothing shows in the program guide .
2. Video is choppy sometimes , I think this may be reception .

I am using Version 1.0-pre2
I activated the nvidia repo to get the 195 driver
Help please .

No support for Program Guide at this time for DVB-T. I also use Kaffeine on my 32 bit machine with a Pinnacle 800e.

Funny that you mention ME-TV. It's the only GUI dvb-t(ATSC) television viewer that I have been able to get working on my 64 bit machine. Also the guide is somewhat working. IE: I get some program data for PBS and Religious channels. Other channels nothing yet. I am in the WNY area. One problem I had initially was that the firmware was not working. The solution was to extract on a 32 bit machine and copy over to 64 bit machine.

I did not before because the web site says they are not working on atsc anymore .
