One thing that comes to mind is Parkour (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x98jCBnWO8w). I can't imagine myself ever being able to do that. :)

Does it have to be something you actually want to do ?? For example we have 7 cats who are all excellent mousers. I can't catch a mouse, but I'm perfectly content to let the cats do it instead of me.
