Re-upgrade?...

...Is it possible to re-install 9.10?...I upgraded a few weeks ago, and have been having problems installing programs, as well as on shut down...I thought it might help If I re-installed it...if that doesnt work, is it possible to re install from my 9.04 disc, without loosing any data?...any help is appreciated...

If you used the default partitioning scheme and didn't create a separate /home partition you will need to back up your data and completely reinstall as if it's a fresh install. Due to the nature of Debian you can't reinstall over it's self.
