I had a 9.04 install that was working well within the network. I had a lot of shares setup from a windows 2003 server. Unfortunately, I had a hardware failure and had to upgrade. Also unfortunately, 9.04 would not install on the new hardware (MB/CPU/RAM), but I was able to install 9.10.
Now my problem is I can not browse the windows network. I installed samba and followed the instructions found here (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1169149)
When I go to network through nautilus, I see a windows network icon, when I open it, there is nothing.
I am at a loss and really need this problem resolved (work production computer)
Any help is appreciated!
