Ubuntu-Based Jolicloud

What I'm looking for is the best of both worlds, Jolicloud and Ubuntu. I've installed Jolicloud first, though. Is there a way to change the Ubuntu theme from Jolicloud back to the stock Ubuntu so I can experience my netbook as Ubuntu had planned?

Any combination of setting changes or apt-gets?
