Ignore for a moment the fact that they refer to "PC" as an operating system and just check the two circled parts:

Its for a piece of web-software they use at my university... Made me face-palm for the evening.

The Australian Tax Office's "eTax" program doesn't support Mac OS or Linux, but they proudly say that they tested their program in Virtual PC on the Mac. Yeah... thanks for such wonderful cross-platform programming that you can run your program in a virtual machine running Windows!
