can anyone pleas help me get a program or command line that will let me view my power supply temperature

To read any sensor from the command line, have a look at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SensorInstallHowto

However, it's not possible to read your power supply temperature unless you buy a heat sensor and place it on your power supply. (unless you have a fancy power supply that has a sensor built in) Though please DO NOT put a new sensor IN your power supply.

If your power supply has a temperature over version 98.6, that means it has a fever. Do a virus scan.
