Hey, I finally got the ubuntu-9.10-desktop-i386.iso file burned onto a CD, but I can't get it to install on my powerbook G4/1GHz (it has a full GB of memory). If this is the wrong iso file what do I need to do to get the correct one.

Just want to make clear this has only one OS on at the moment (ubuntu 6.0.6) and I cannot connect it to the internet! I don't have an ISP that accepts linux computers.

Thanks in Advance,

I had to use the mini.iso

Powerbook G4 runs off of the PowerPC architecture. http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ports/releases/9.10/release/ there are specific iso's that will work with the Powerbook g4
