The first truly ugly thing Apple has turned out since the iPod was introduced...I think BOSE will still make a killing...don't worry about that...

I forgot to mention that the Hi-Fi has AirTunes integrated into it, so you can wirelessly stream music from your iTunes to the Hi-Fi. :D

That having been said, a friend of mine has one of the older iPod docking stations, and the sound quality is really good - especially considering the size of the two itty-bitty speakers it has. If that is any indication of the quality of this comparative monstrosity, then I might be one to "ooh and aah" at it.
