I am trying to install Ubuntu Server 8.04 on an HP G3 DL145 but keep getting an error "No Common Cd-rom was detected". If I try to test the cd I get the same error.
I have Google this error but I have not come up with any fixes. I tried doing the what was suggested in another post " http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=964904 " but had no luck. Can any one please offer some suggest or solutions. Thanks!
