Anyone know lotus notes forums/ community?

I have some question about lotus notes 7.
1. how to auto add recipient to address book.
2. how to add recipient from existing email in sent folder.

strange.. when I go there it's in english. Must be javascript thing.

I just tried the link and it came up in English. Javascript blocked via noscript.

So maybe someone's already compiled a list of websites where the designers puts their faith in javascript instead of the visitors.
