there are hard to see but if you look right below the address bar is the bookmark bar, you can see that my bookmark names are cut off in half. there also another place that i noticed that it was messing things up. ne1 help please.

The cool thing to do when posting pics in a thread is to add it as an attachment and you need to use Gimp to crop the image down to 600 dpi or something close.

We don't need a full size image to get the message.

sorry i did that but it is allowed as it obviously posted it. if you're going to respond to a post then answer the question at a minimum. don't respond to make some opinion about what you feel is cool or not. thanks

did you try reducing the font size? in the theme? and in chrome?

if i did that the bookmarks wouldn't be readable. i did think of that but thanks anyway. it just appears that the google chrome beta probably needs more work (hence the word "beta") because those icons or text should be scalable and should not be cutoff. wish i knew how to read code and fix it myself. i've even tried other themes and they are scaling the bookmark toolbar height either.

i installed chrome and it's working just fine. although you are right hence the word beta.

are yo uusing it with the genoid theme? i think that may be the issue here. i also have another weird issue I just noticed, the color for text of filenames within an open dialog box for nautilus appears to be white so obviously i can't see the filenames. WEIRD! here's a pic of that.

also dfon't know if it matters that i have best compiz selected in appearance too.

it has to be the genoid theme because i just changed to another ubuntu theme and see here that the bookmark toolbar is fine and text is not cutoff.

Same Problem here. But I have also no other solution than switching the GTK Theme.
