Dual Nvidia / Xinema / 3 monitor - GDM / X Blinks

Problem Description: Using 2 nvidia cards, 3 monitors, seperate X window. As soon as I activate Xinerama when i get to GDM login screen it just blinks between screens as if its trying to detect something

Setup:
Core i7 860
Asus p7p55d-e
Corsair dominator 4gb 1600mhz
Video card 1: nvidia 9800GTX (I also tried with 7800gt as my 9800gtx is now beeing rma'ed)
Video card 2: nvidia 9500GT
PSU Corsair 750tx
Nvidia drivers: 190.53
Ubuntu: 9.10 (Updated / fresh install)

I bough this setup to use 3 monitor in Ubuntu, and plan to use this as my work system.

PS: Tested these cards with windows 7 and works in triple screens.

Im not sure how to get propre logs of this. /var/log/gdm all files are at 0 empty.

Can someone direct me on how to troubleshoot this issue. xinema activated make its not load login screen.

Id like to see whats going on , ps tryed to launch gdb --debug from recue mode and it doesnt put out debug info in messages.

This makes me think its a problem with X not starting up.
