How does one hide behind a synthetic voice in a voip conversation? I envision actually typing, perhaps in phonetic notation, and seeing this translated into audio.

I figure you could seperately get a text to speech program and any old voip client, and then have the text to speech emulate the microphone.

Actually, maybe this is a better question:

How does one redirect audio output from an arbitrary program (say, audacity) to become audio input for another (say, skype)?
