I put Ubuntu NBR on my eeepc 900 recently.
During the install I let Ubuntu take care of the partitions.
After installing a few more packages it tells me that down to my last 150MB.
It appears that Ubuntu is using only the 4G SSD and not the 16G SSD.
I am able to access the /media/HOME directory (where I have 13.7GB free), but only with the password. However, if I then try to install another package it still tells me I only have 150MB.
ALSO,
What is the difference between:
/home/username (this appears to be on the 4GB drive: 150MB free)
AND
/media/HOME (this appears to be on the 16GB drive: 13.7GB free)
Cheers
