I am running Kubuntu Karmic on two VirtualBox machines and as dual boot on my Samsung Netbook. It is running quite well for the most part but I am have a problem saving changes to contacts from my Google Contacts address book.
For example, I have a son, Bill and a brother, Bill. I have my brother in the address book as William. Clearly a different contact. Yet when I add another email address to my brother's account and try to save it, Evolution will not permit me to save it it, claiming that Bill and William have the same name. I have made the change on Google but it is not syncing. FWIW, all of my calendar items are syncing.
Any suggestions on how to fix this are appreciated.
