For a tutorial I'm creating, I've redone my desktop in Linux Mint 8 (based on Karmic) as a Windows XP look-alike (for the sake of the unconverted masses, mind you). I've tried several of the XP look-alike themes on GNOME-Look, and with the exception of one that uses a light blue background on moused-over menu items, which wasn't good enough for me, as I'll need to do a screenshot where a drop-down menu is visible, I'd swear that OpenOffice.org is using WHITE fonts on a light menu bar background, as shown in the attached screenshot.
Thankfully, OpenOffice.org is the only application that's giving me fits with the XP look-alike themes. Has anyone found a solution to this?
Thanx in advance,
