Hi,
I'm new to the forum and new to Linux--Ubuntu. I'm running an Acer 64x2Dual 4200+2.2GHz-2GB-Geforce 7600 and Dual boot XP-SP2 and Windows Server 2003
I installed Ubantu 9.10 64bit using the Wibi installer. It appeared everything installed properly until after reboot. The boot menu shows XP, Win2003 and Ubantu but when I boot into Ubantu a get an error: you need to load the kernal first.
It says the version of Grub 1.97beta4
I get the same error with all of the choices recovery etc.
What do I do from here? I'm just learning. lol
Thanks Kim
