Hi.

I've downloaded do-gnome from launchpad.
This is what./configure gives me:

checking for gmcs... no
configure: error: You need to install 'gmcs'
I've tried
sudo apt-get install gmcs

but that didn't work (gmcs does not exist)

anybody knows how to?

why not just use the repository version, you can enable it easily with ubuntu tweak.
