Hey All-
My father, who is 1000 miles away from me finally feels like it is a good idea to convert to ubuntu. Awesome.
Via the phone, I walk him through the steps on downloading the image, getting infrarecorder, etc.
he pops in the cd, it boots up, and presents him with the main options, and he makes sure(due to my concern that he may have done soemthing wrong) that the disk has no errors. Great.

Now, he tries to boot up, and he gets an error.
He tells me it has something to do with starting cryto disks, etc.

From a little googling, this was clearly an issue before the release (I saw a bug report in launchpad referencing people finding the error while this was still an alpha) and I also found this link
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1274260

I'd like to believe that since my father download the final release, a serious bug like this (not allowing people to install your OS IS a big problem) would be taken care of, right?

Cant find the fix.
Thanks in advance,
